Mr. Bridle currently teaches Honors Chemistry and Physics. Mr. Bridle also advises the GHS Biodiesel Scale-Up Team, a chemical engineering competition sponsored by the MSU Bioeconomy Institute. Mr. Bridle earned a B.S. in Education from Central Michigan University in 2004 with a Chemistry/Physics major and Mathematics minor. Mr. Bridle earned a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction (Chemistry emphasis) from Grand Valley State University in 2010. His work at GVSU included completion of the Target Inquiry Chemistry Education Program. His research work focused on curriculum that promoted conceptual understanding in chemistry (link to published research in the Journal of Chemical Education). Mr. Bridle has facilitated workshops at several regional and national conferences and is currently a member of the American Chemical Society's High School Professional Development Team.
