Mr. VanderWall has taught at Grandville High School since 20001. Currently, he teaches AP U.S. History and Global Issues. Additionally, Mr. VanderWall serves on the School Improvement Team, the Technology Committee, and is also Grandville's Close Up co-advisor. Mr. VanderWall graduated from Hope College and went on to complete his Master's Degree from Grand Valley State University. In addition to his responsibilities at GHS, Mr. VanderWall serves as an AP Reader for AP U.S. History as well as a Consultant for the College Board in AP U.S. History. As a Consultant, he is charged with the international training of AP U.S. History teachers.
