Community Service Form

Each student shall complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service prior to graduation.

Community service must be unpaid, volunteer work benefiting a group or a non-family individual.
Students may complete the service requirement anytime between grades 9 through 12.
Students may work as an individual or a group to address a need within the community and may complete either several different projects or one exclusively.
